Christina Hostetler
Christina Hostetler, M.A., LPC, has worked as a therapist focusing on children, teens, and their families since 2008. She is the director of Therapy Experienced and loves working with clients to find hope and healing. She works with each unique individual to build a therapy process that reflects their individual needs and journey. She uses multiple tools including non directive play therapy, sand tray, talk therapy, and EMDR to see clients find freedom. She also has worked as a white water guide, climbing guide, and ropes course facilitator, which means she likes to be outside and in motion, but also means she knows how to engage the whole person. She knows that sometimes kicking a soccer ball around is more healing than just sitting and talking and believes that play, joy, tears, honesty, laughter, and fun can all play a vital role in healing.
Christina holds a masters in counseling from Western Seminary, is a licensed practicing counselor through the state of Oregon, and has contracts to provide services with multiple insurance companies including PacificSource, Regence, Moda, and First Choice.
